THE MOL CUP '09

1) Sign Up
To be eligable for the MOL Cup '09 Malaysian Finals: -

i.	Online Qualifier There will be 2 rounds of online qualifiers and top 14 World Tour Score gainers from each round will qualify to the Malaysian Final for a total of 28 qualifiers. Leaderboard will reset after every round. If there are any winners from the previous round, players next down the leaderboard will be selected. World Tour Scores = World Tour Wins – World Tour Losses – Disconnects
ii.	The top 3 Malaysian All-Time World Tour Leaderboard rankers as of 31 Aug 09 12:00, will qualify to the final. If any of the winners decline the invitation or already qualified through the online qualifiers, the next highest ranked Malaysian player will be invited.
iii.	The Malaysian Representitive of the Hyundai Motors Cup will automatically qualify to the final.

A total of 32 players will be eligible for the MOL Cup '09 Malaysian Finals.

2) Promoter
This tournament is organized by MyCNX Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. located at 282-6-1, 6th Floor, Wisma Mutiara Genting, Off Jalan Genting Kelang, Setapak, 533000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will henceforth be referred to as "Promoter" in this document.

3) Eligibility and Entry Conditions
This tournament is open to all participants who are Malaysian citizens aged 15 or above. Employees of the promoter and/or its related companies and/or any agencies associated with the Tournament, and members of their respective immediate families*, are not eligible to participate in the Tournament ("Eligible Participant"). *"Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural, or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee. The registrant agrees that he is full eligible for the tournament through his signing up to the game. Each individual can only sign up once. Additional eligibility requirements might be imposed by individual operators for participants of different regions. Proper identification documents must be presented upon request to certify the nationality and age of the participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that such documents are brought along and presented. Failure to present these documents could result in disqualifications.

4) Forbidden Moves

* Only applicable for the MOL Cup Final

The player must kick-off with backward pass at the beginning of each half and after every goal is scored.

ii.

During a corner kick, players are not allowed to shoot the ball directly from the spot straight into goal. Players are also not allowed to cross the ball into the 6 yard goalkeeper box. Players are only allowed to cross the ball into the 6 yard box if a short corner is done. Any goals resulting from the above mentioned scenario shall be disallowed.

iii.

Players are not allowed to score a goal from a computer taken free kick.

iv.

Time-play is forbidden.

It is forbidden to make a throw in directly into the opponent's penalty area. Should a player throw the ball directly into the opponent's penalty area he shall be warned. Should he persist, he shall be disqualified from the tournament. Any goals resulting from a throw in into the opponent's penalty area shall be disallowed.

vi.

Kicking Ball Outside After Every Pause (FairPlay) It is strictly forbidden to switch strikers to disrupt opponents man-marking. Both players should be able to arrange the men-marking before the match starts. Men-marking must be allowed during the game without switching strikers. If a player changes his tactics, formation or lineup he has to kick the ball out of bounds that his opponent is able to react. After both players have done their settings the ball gets back to the first player.

5) Cheating, Abuse and Disorderly Behaviour

Any player may be disqualified immediately from this Tournament at the discretion of the promoter for any failure to comply with these Official Rules, the Game Rules or any directions or instructions of the Tournament Director, or for any cheating, including:

i.	using any cheats, hacks or other 3rd party "helper" applications in playing games;


ii.	intentionally disconnecting from the Internet during any game;
iii.	colluding with other players in playing games; or
iv.	taking advantage of known exploits in the game (NB. it is the responsibility of players to understand and avoid all current illegal exploits).

Abusive or disorderly behavior, including any use of harassing, negative, or profane language online, will not be tolerated and will also constitute grounds for immediate disqualification.

6) Prize Conditions
In the event of a disqualification, due to intentional withholding of information affecting eligibility or any other reasons, the promoter reserves the right to present the prizes to the next qualified winner.
Except with the written consent of the promoter, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash Prizes cannot be taken as cash. The promoter has absolute discretion as to whether to provide such consent and is under no obligation to provide any reasons to any person for providing, or withholding, consent.
If a Prize, or any part of a Prize, is "cash", the "cash" will be paid by cheque drawn in favour of the relevant Prize winner.
In the event that any Prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with cash or something of equal or greater value.

7) Recordings, Media and Publicity
In signing up for this Tournament, each participant authorises the promoter to use, publish and display his or her name and likeness and any footage, recordings and/or photographs of him or her recorded or taken during this Tournament, or any reproduction or modification thereof, in any manner and medium throughout the world for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition and any other lawful purpose.

8) Taxes
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Winner receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the promoter reserves the right to deduct any taxes owing in respect of such Prize from any cash amounts payable, to the extent applicable.

9) Exclusion of Liability
By signing up for this Tournament each participant assumes sole liability for any personal injury and/or damage to property caused or claimed to have been caused to him or her as a result of or in connection with participating in this Tournament and/or any Prize.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible or liable for:

i.	inaccurate sign up information,
ii.	purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, or incomplete,
iii.	any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any communication network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software,
iv.	the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,
v.	unauthorised human intervention in any part of this Tournament,
vi.	electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of this Tournament,
vii.	any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by any participant or any other person as a result of or in connection with participation in this Tournament and/or any Prize, howsoever caused;
viii.	any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in connection with this Tournament.

These Official Rules do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights or remedies a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.

10) Disclaimer
The promoter reserves the right to change any rules, regulations or prizes without prior notice. MyCNX also reserves the right to exclude any player from the competition at it's discretion.

i.	To be eligible for this quiz, the player must possess a valid FIFA Online 2 account with manager level 10 and above.
ii.	Only valid entry will be accepted.
iii.	Each FIFA Online 2 account can only participate once per day.
iv.	Winners will be chosen randomly at our discretion, and winners will be announced daily
v.	Prizes will be in given to the specified account in 14 working days.
vi.	MyCNX's decision is final and reserves the right to change the prizes and T&C without prior notice.
